When will my order arrive?
Please allow 1-10 business days for your order to be packaged, processed, and shipped. Once shipped, all US orders should arrive within 2-7 days.
Please allow 1-5 weeks for international orders to deliver.
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional custom duty taxes your home country charges. International orders may be subject to additional charges such as import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for pre-orders to be packaged, processed and shipped.
I entered the wrong address, how do I update it?
